im quite honoured to announce one of my achievements this week (this TUESDAY to be exact), i managed to do 5 sets of my own formulated of routine workout!
one set consists of:
20 forward-push machine thingy,
20 back-muscle machine thingy,
20 chest expansion machine thingy,
and,
30 sit-ups (:
i hit the gym todae, w/ my strained left arm and th maximum i could do was only 2 full sets.
uhh, saddening but motivating,
I WILL SUCCEED WHEN MY ARM GETS BETTER!
PEOPLE PRAY THAT MY ARM WILL HEAL ASAP! :D
gna get my dad to massage my arm for me, since he's an aspiring tcm physician =p
and hell yeh, im still on my protein shakes diet, well it doesn't make me grow any slimer, it makes me bigger instead.
But this is my goal, to be uber big, buffed and
BEEFY! (:
